CHOOSE YOUR SERVICES
Choose the repair services for your item (e.g. Heel Taps, Sole Replacement, Cleaning). For custom services, you will be able to describe exactly what you need done, along with pictures of the item for added clarity.
COMPLETE THE ORDER
Ship your items to Santana Leather Care with your choice of carriers at your expense (with the printed Order Summary we send you via email). No shipping label is provided by Santana Leather Care. You will be notified upon our receipt of the item(s) and may track the progress of the repair in your My Account area.
Note: Some repairs have a price range. The higher amount will be reserved (but not yet charged) on your credit card. When we have received the item and determined the proper repair process, we will contact you with the actual costs that will be charged to the card.
