All sales are final as repair services cannot be reversed and items cannot be returned back to their original state.
Occasionally, items may arrive at our offices in an unworkable or defective condition due to age, fragility, damage, or any other condition we are not responsible for. If that happens, we will provide a reason why the item cannot be repaired and we will refund the repair charge in full, minus shipping charges, and the original item(s) will be shipped back at the customer’s expense. We do not charge an additional fee to review an item.
