Santana Leather Care made its name in the “old country…” Peru. There, Arturo Santana developed a business model of basically one-on-one. One worker, designer, tanner, vendor, advertiser and overall maestro to one customer at a time.
That kind of personal attention to the client has driven Arturo’s sons, Robert and Yury, now the owners of their father’s business and recipients and promoters of their father’s legacy.
After having lived the one-on-one philosophy of customer service, today those served by the Santanas have grown from personal to corporate dimension and service. All this, while “keeping it personal.”

We bill our corporate clients on the first of each month—one invoice for all transactions, payable on reception of the invoice.
We also keep your payment history so you can keep track of your bills and payments for your records.
We can handle shipping your items both to and from our headquarters in Raleigh, and our corporate client pays one bill for the total month’s shipping.
We do the warranty work for many corporate clients. Of course, we offer our own warranty for work that we do for ALL our clients. After all, we want you to be happy. But we also fulfill the warranty promises of many of our clients and WE fix the items that THEY guarantee. In this way, we become a partner with you to help keep your clients happy. Warranty work for some of our customers is an important part of our business.
