They have worked magic with some very expensive shoes that we thought were beyond repair.

This is probably the best shoe repair in Atlanta, but they do ship out your shoes to their repair center in Raleigh, North Carolina. For the clients who value transparency, there is a tv broadcasting real-time footage of the cobblers working at the repair center. I was absolutely devastated when I accidentally fell into a little hole while wearing my Jimmy Choos, thereby severely ripping the leather off one heel. Santana Creative successfully rewrapped the leather heel with kid leather that perfectly matched the original kid leather in texture, color, shine, and material. Very impressive work.

This place is awesome! Did exactly what I wanted for very cheap. I purchased a pair of men's Fendi leather monster sneakers for about $750. When I used them in the store they were fine and didn't hurt my feet. However as soon as I wore them out I noticed something very wrong with them. The inner back of the shoe, where the back of my ankle touches, had a point where Fendi stitched the leather together. The point was very sharp and my ankles were bleeding!! And I understand beauty and fashion is pain but not to that point. I took them to here to this shop and they gave me an easy and simple solution. Just glue some suede on the inside to cover the sharp point. They charged $30 and took 2 weeks but I didn't need them done immediately so I didn't mind. Now I use them regularly and my feet don't hurt. Definitely recommend this place for literally any professional repair. The pictures I'm putting up are from multiple uses but just know it looked perfect.

The folks specialize in purse, wallet, leather, shoes ... clean, repair and restore. The wife's favorite Fendi needs a cleaning and the Fendi store at Lenox recommended this place. True enough, the folks are very professional and courteous. Seems like they have quite the following as well, with many items restored and ready to be returned to their clients. Gives me a sense of confidence that the work will be done correctly and done well. $65 to clean the bag, and turnaround time is 5-7 business days. We have not gotten the bag back yet but , so far, the entire experience has been very positive. We asked if they could restore 2 LV wallets and they were kind enough to point us back to the boutique because LV may repair for free. Isn’t that nice?

I first started going to Santana Creative last year. My first time? It was my off white Gucci hobo leather purse. I went to Gucci and asked them for a place where I could get some stains cleaned out. The staff gave me a name of another place off Pharr road. A quick look on those reviews on Yelp gave me a fright. There is no way I would send my purse there. Then I remembered a former neighbor mentioned about Santana Creative at Lenox Marketplace. My first visit? It was very pleasant. The staff was very friendly and just made me feel at ease of leaving my belonging with them. I was told all items would ship to a location in Carolina (I can't remember North or South, probably SC) and the turn around would be 2 weeks. It cost $80 to clean the bag inside out. I thought $80 is reasonable. Two weeks passed and when I collected my purse, I was thrilled. My purse looked so clean! The stains were gone (I did not even understand why there would be pen inks and some tiny spots on the leather). That $80 was well spent. Subsequently I have sent my Manolo boots, Ferragamo sandals and my latest, a pair of Bruno Magli pumps over to Santana Creative. The staff(s) at the repair facility always cleaned up the shoes and did an amazing job. The place may not be the cheapest around but if you have good quality high end shoes and purse, you really can't be penny-pinching on where to repair or recondition your precious belongings. The turn around time is usually about two weeks. Patience is definitely needed here but it is definitely worth the wait!

They are amazing. I took my old, beaten up wallet from the 90's to them and it came back looking brand new. I was blown away!

Amazing service! They restored two pairs of my shoes to brand-new! Highly recommend.

I have brought countless items here- from leather wallet cleaning to my entire Louboutin heel being cracked- Santana Creative has fixed them to look like new! I always double check my items before I leave, and on times where I've been unsatisfied, they resend them to the factory at no charge to me. I don't know what I would do without them! They're lifesavers for my beloved luxury items!

This is the place to take your nicest shoes, your Choos, Louboutins, Valentinos, Pradas, Manolos, etc., anything that costs upwards of $500 retail. There's no need to risk taking it elsewhere. I've taken my shoes in for repair to many different shops in the different cities I've lived in (NY, SF, Dallas, now Atlanta). This is probably the best place I've ever taken my shoes to for repair. With other shoe repair stores, I was always hoping for the best and holding my breath that my shoes still resemble their former selves when they come back (and half the time, it's always a little disappointing). With Santana Creative, I have yet to be disappointed when I get my shoes back. In fact, half the time it's amazement... like, it's new, it wasn't a replacement sole, it looks like new again. The attention to detail here is amazing. The only time they weren't able to help me was when I took in an old Miu Miu bag for cleaning... they did their best, but I kind of knew it was beyond recovery... so they only charged me for half the price of cleaning. The cost of shoe repairs and cleaning is pretty steep. My bills here would probably buy new shoes for most people. But I would say it is worth it if you are trying to get your nice shoes repaired. I probably would not take a pair of shoes that was less than $100 here unless it's a very special shoe that has sentimental value. The service is always polite and the guys there are very knowledgeable about answering questions. If there's limits to what they can do, they will often tell you before hand, especially if you ask for details. If I ever move out of Atlanta, I will probably be at a loss without these guys.

If you need your shoes looking like new, this is the place to go. I took some of my very nice shoes that were years old and they gave them new life. It does take 2 weeks because they ship the shoes to their main location, but it was worth the wait! If your shoes just need a shine then take them to your local shoe shine place. But if they need new life breathed into them, this is the place to go!

This place is fantastic. I brought in several pairs of pumps (including Louboutins) for preventative work, e.g., metal toe cap and rubber soles. I also brought in a pair of badly damaged 5 year old black Louboutin patent leather pumps (which I was intending to throw out because I have attempted to have them repaired by several different cobblers in South Florida and one in Atlanta). The shoes look brand new. I wish I had a before and after picture. The red sole was painted in the official paint color, the many nicks and scratches on the patent leather heel were repaired and a loose string ripping off from the back heel has entirely disappeared. They also informed me that they can replace the inside soles of Louboutins. Honestly, I didn't know there are so many preventative measures and repairs that were possible. I could have saved so many other damaged pairs. Love this place. It's well worth the money.

Wore my Louboutins out for a night on the town...we danced the night away-on cobblestone, you can imagine what my shoes looked like. That was 3 weeks ago..Santana Creative fixed my shoes up faster than my feet could heal. Their repair work is fantastic. I take in all my red bottom shoes for preventative work before I wear them. They put a red rubber sole on the bottom and it helps very much. I highly recommend it and Santana Creative. Best in town!!!

The service is great. Very polite. Very expensive. But I guess if you pay $700 for a pair of shoes you shouldn't balk at paying $70 for their upkeep. The wait is little longer than I prefer. 2 weeks for 2 pairs of sandals. But worth it.

I used this place to clean my Louis Vutton bag. They did a great job. The guys there were very nice and professional. I got my purse back in a reasonable time frame. I will use them more often for my bags. They also repair shoes and great with protective soles for Christian Louboutin's.

Beautiful shop with very friendly service. They do amazing work at very good prices. The best in town without a doubt for shoes, bags, or any other leather good!
